SUSAN: Hello, I'm Susan. Thank you for coming to talk about the babysitting job.



JENNIFER: No problem at all. I think it would be great. I love working with children!



SUSAN: Good. I am interviewing just a few people. I am looking for someone who can start part-time soon.



JENNIFER: I am not doing anything right now. I'm on vacation from school.



SUSAN: Yes, I remember. Well, my husband and I both work every day, so we need someone to watch the children after school until we get home.



JENNIFER: Oh, that's fine. I have time in the afternoons to come over for a few hours.





SUSAN: Good to hear. Do you have experience babysitting?



JENNIFER: Yes. I have helped many families.





SUSAN: That's great. What ages have you worked with?





JENNIFER: Well, I was recently helping one single mother with her 2 year old for a few hours a week. He has so much energy! I have also taken care of older kids, around 9 and 10.



SUSAN: That's great. Do you have references?





JENNIFER: Yes. I have letters from 3 different households. They are sending them to you.





SUSAN: Good, thanks. Well, the children are coming home in a minute, so let's have you meet them and see how it goes!
