Requirements of language

One, if you want your audience to understand your massage, your language must be simple and clear.

Two, use short words and short sentences.

Three, do not use jargon(专门术语, 行话, 土语)unless you are certain that your audience understands it.

Four, in general talk about concrete(具体的, 有形的)facts rather than abstract(抽象的, 深奥的, 理论的)ideas.

Five, use active(主动的)verbs instead of passive(被动的)verbs . Active verbs are much easier to understand, they are much more powerful.
