Secretary: I'm sorry Mr. Brown is on another line now. Can you hold?
Mr. Li: No, would you please take a message?
Secretary: Certainly.
Mr. Li: This is Li Ming from China Resources Co., Hong Kong. I'd like to get some information about your computer Model ABI.
Secretary: I'll make sure he gets the message.
Mr. Li: Thanks a lot. Will you send the information by fax?
Secretary: No problem.
Mr. Li: Thank you. Bye.
Secretary: Bye.

B. I'll Send It to you by E-mail
Wang Ling, a salesman, calls to speak to Mr. Black, the manager of the Wright Company. Mr. Black is not in and his secretary answers.
Mr. Wang: Hello! This is Wang Ling calling. May I speak to Mr. Black, the manager?
Secretary: I'm sorry, he is not in now. May I help you? I'm Mr. Black's secretary.
Mr. Wang: Oh, yes. You see, I'm in charge of overseas markets. Your products are of great interest to me. Would you please give me some information on your new products for our advertising program?
