B:Well ,how shall I put it?I happened to break a window in Mr.Martin's house with a catapult (弹弓)
A:Oh,did you apologize to Mr.Martin?
B:The trouble is ... Paul and I were together .I was able to run away but Paul got caught by Mr.Martin'son .And he had to pay for the damage .I know I ought to pay... But I dare not phone Mr.Martin.
A:I'm afraid you must ,and the sooner,the better.Then you'd better go round to see Paul.Give him the money and if you like ,you can ask him to tea tomorrow.
