Leah: So he's confirmed for five days? Terrific--And what's the best way to get around? What would you recommend? --Mountain bike sound s great. Could you arrange that for us? --Great---
Leah: Dr Grace seems as graceful as her name.
Dashan: She's one of the best pediatric surgeons in Canada. She really knows her stuff. Will he stay in the hospital overnight then or he's out today?
Dr: Once he's had a bit to drink and we're sure he's not too uncomfortable.
Dashan(VO): A lot of Canadian hospitals are using what they call " day surgery". It's only for patient who need minor operations. Basically, you arrive at the hospital, have your surgery and you're home again that night.
Dashan: After they operated, they wheeled Cameron into the recovery room.
Leah: My guess is he's going to be back scoring goals for his soccer team before you know it.
Dashan: It went really smoothly.
Dr Grace: It really did go very smoothly. He's such a good boy. He was enthusiastic and good. Everything went very smoothly.
Dr: We'll call you and one, at least of you, can go in at a time and see him--be with him while he's waking up.
Jim: you look great, son. Pretty soon you'll be fit as a fiddle.
Dashan: you did really well. You know the funniest thing was through the whole surgery you were singing the whole time-- I'm just kidding you. Listen, we got a little gift for you to remember this special trip to the hospital. And I hope you get better soon and you're back on the soccer team before you know it. Okay?
Cameron: Okay.
Cameron: It's Jar-Jar Brinks.
Leah: what a cute kid.
