W：Good morning，sir．Could you help me，please?
M：Sure．What can I d0 for you．madam?
W：Someone has kidnapped my 10一year—old daughter．
M：When did this happen?
W：About an hour ago when my daughter just walked out of the school gate．At that time,I was waiting for her outside the school．I was just to go up to meet her．suddenly there came a black car which stopped with a sharp scream and a man got out of it quickly．He seized one of my daughter's arm and forced her to get into the car. All this happened in a second and I was too shocked to do anything．Please help me，sir．I want my daughter back．
M：Calm down，madam．Did you see the kidnapper?
W：Let me see．He was tall and thin，about 1.80m，but very strong．He had hair that was black and quite short．He had a Father long face．He had a big nose but quite a small mouth．And he had a thin chin that stood out a bit．
M：What about his eyes?
W：I couldn’t see them at all because the man wore a pair of sunglasses．but I noticed that the mall had two long and thick eyebrows．
M：How old was he? Do you know?
W：Not exactly．I think he was about 40．
M：By the way．What’s your daughter’s name?
W：Shirley King．
M：OK，Mrs. King．I’ll let you know as soon as we get some information about your daughter． .
W：Thank you，sir．
