A Qantas flight en route to Australia from London made an emergency stop in Manila on Friday, after a loud bang punched a hole in the Boeing 747-400's fuselage.
According to a senior official from Manila International Airport, there were no injuries, but some of the 350 passengers vomited after disembarking.
Owen Tudor is a passenger from the United Kingdom.
"The oxygen masks came down, there was an almighty crack and you could hear something happening. And then the oxygen masks fell down and you started dropping down, the ears popping, and that sort of stuff."
In a statement from Sydney, Qantas confirmed the hole in its fuselage and said it was being inspected by engineers.
