Lebanon's Hezbollah says it has agreed to a U.N.-mediated deal to exchange prisoners with Israel.
The group's leader, Sayyed Hassn Nasrallah, made the remarks during a televised news conference on Wednesday. The deal was approved by Israel on Sunday.
Under the deal, Hezbollah will return two Israeli soldiers, whose capture on July 12th, 2006 triggered a 34-day war.
Israel will hand over five Lebanese prisoners, and the remains of around 200 Lebanese, Palestinian and Arab infiltrators to northern Israel.
