Hamas, Fatah react on bulldozer rampage

Palestinian factions Fatah and Hamas have given their statements on a bulldozer driver who went on a rampage in Jerusalem.

The driver smashed into a crowded bus on Wednesday, killing at least three and injuring dozens of others.

Hamas suggested it was a result of Israeli policies towards Palestinians and their occupation of Palestinian land. Fatah condemned the incident outright.
