The Olympic torch relay pointed to the glitzy casino resort of Macao without any problems. The torch now heads out on a multi-city tour around China that ends in Beijing for the official start of the summer games.

The secretary for the Dai Lama says two envoys plan to meet with Chinese officials on Sunday. The scheduled talks are the first such contacts since the violent protests broke out in Tibet last March.

She is one of many children who've gone missing. But Madeleine McCann's disappearance in Portugal last May captured the attention of the world. It's been exactly one year since the British girl disappeared. Portuguese authorities say they are still investigating her case.
