W1: Hi, Jane, you are different person now. How's it going?
W2: The training is useful. And I learned much about how to keep
fit.
W1: Really? Tell me about it.
W2: You know I haven't been to the club for a long time because
of the busy work. The first thing we should do is to have a
healthy diet. The more fruits you eat, the better your
skin is.
W1: The same thing with vegetables, right? Everybody seems to
know that. There are something else?
W2: Yeh.I'm not sure you've heard that a sound sleep is crutial
for fitness.
W1: I've heard that. Does your trainer tell you anything about
stay in a good mood?
W2: Exactly. A good sense of humor can help your metabolism work
better.
W1: That's the same all the things. But they are very important
if you want to achieve your goals.
W2: Yes, that's the way to go. It's also important to do proper
excercises.
W1: Right. Too much or too little wouldn't be effective. Have
you learned anything else?
W2: Yes, there is one. The trainer asks us to buy more skin-care
products.
W1: Are you kidding? My trainer has never said such things to me.
He always advices us people against such kind of things.
W2: But my trainer does. He says women tend to show their age
earlier than men. They get wrinkles on their faces easier,
so they really need something to delay the process.
W1: That makes sense. Following these rules, I think you will be
right on your track.
W2: Yes. Right now nothing can stop me.
Recitation:
I haven't met my personal trainer for a long time. But I do know the rules about how to keep a good figure. A healthy diet, sound sleep, and a good mood make you healthy. Meanwhile, using some skin-care products can delay the process of showing your age.
