As the economy has been on the rise, a series of significant events have taken place in China in the last two years. And they turned out to be a great successes. We feel that with the whole country becoming stronger and stronger and the performance of our football teams improving, it is time to try to bid for top-class matches like the World Cup.
An official working in the bidding section of FIFA believes China has advantages in bidding for the World Cup. The country has successfully hosted the Women's World Cup, and Beijing is going to see the Olympics take place soon.
Thus, China will have more and more experience in playing hosting to big sports events. Moreover, all those sports facilities can be a legacy reused for the bidding of the World Cup.
