它有两个意思,第一个意思是打招呼,How are you？只不过是What’s up的用法要时尚一点。第二个意思表示“出什么事情了？What’s the matter？表示一种关切。

你怎么看起来好像生气了？究竟出什么事情了？

这些人是怎么搞的?这帮人是怎么了?
