1。信件引言示例：



（1）求职

尊敬的先生：

我给你写信是想询问贵公司是否有我可以担任的秘书工作。~~~~~~~~~~~

Dear Sir,

I’m writing to you to inquire if there would be any position available for me to work as a secretary in your company. ~~~~~~~~~

尊敬的先生：

我看到贵公司在网上的招聘广告后，很想应聘贵公司的工作。~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Dear Sir,

I’m writing to you to apply for the membership in your company, after I read the advertisement (want ad) on the internet. ~~~~~~~

（2）投诉

尊敬的先生或女士：

我很遗憾的告诉您，上周我在贵店购买的电视机质量很差。我想知道我是否能换一台更好的电视机。~~~~~~~~~~~

Dear Sir or Madam,

I regret to inform you that the TV set which I bought in your store last week is of inferior quality. I’m wondering if I could exchange it for a better one. ~~~~~

尊敬的先生：

我给你写信是投诉你们一周前发来的货物，这些货物无法令人满意。我们不能接受这批货物，因为这些货物的尺寸和形状和我们订购的完全不一致。我们不禁对你们承诺的信誉表示疑问。~~~~~~~~~~

Dear Sir,
