6-party talks: More nuclear talks expected soon
Christopher Hill, the US top negotiator at the six-party talks, says he expects the next meeting on the nuclear issue of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea will be held soon.
Hill was speaking in Beijing on Friday, after meeting with his Chinese counterpart Wu Dawei. He did not give a specific date for the talks. Another meeting is scheduled for Monday to discuss the timing and structure of the six-party talks.
Hill said the next step would be the DPRK's nuclear declaration, followed by a full meeting of the six parties.
