I have been so annoyed since I feel tired with my job, and I have thought many times about what my next step will be. Normally, the job I’ve been working with is not bad, and it’s pays ok. but busy sometimes. I have worked nearly 1 year, during this 1 year, what I do with the job is to translate the English document into Chinese. Like tech-pack, bill of material, position of measurement, and sample comment so on. Otherwise, I also need to collect some information to help to order the trims and fabric. The job itself it’s not too hard, but I always get a lot of difficulties with it. I don’t know why.

There are 3 people in our team to follow the European orders: Qiu, Fu and me. Qiu follows the sample. Fu follows the bulk production. Both of them are very smart and efficient, and they are very good at solving problems. But I don’t, as I always be dull with my job.

I have thought carefully and made my final decision: I am going to quit the job.

I have checked on the internet, there is a test held on Sep for the Public English Test System 4 (PETS4). After I leave the job, I am going to arrange all my time to self study English until I take the exam. As it says that the PETS 4 is rather the 6 grade English in university. How could I pass the exam and get the certificate? As everybody knows that I’ve never studied at high school or university. So it could be a big challenge for me. One of my co-worker taked the exam last year. She used to study at University. And her Engilsh is better than mine. But she failed. It effects my confidence sometimes, but it’s still ok, as I always thinking I am good at learning English.

Sometimes, I think it may be a great excuse for me to leave the job and have a long rest. Anyway, I don’t care. I am young, but I don’t have chance to study at high school or university. But joined some English courses for half a year at training centre. Now I quit my job to continue my English training for another half a year, it won’t be a too bad excuse, I think. I have applied to my landlady for leave, and she has approved already. For this case, I tell nothing to my family, I am going to exposure it after I leave, like before I used to do.

I don’t know if the decision is right or not, but I clarify what I can do is to study English even hard.
