通过个性的问答，面试官可以初步判断面试者的性格特点是否适合职位的需要。性格外向的人往往容易给人留下热情活泼、思维敏捷但不深沉的印象，这类性格的人在面试时说话节奏要适当放慢，语言组织得当，要注意给人以博学多才、见多识广的良好形象。性格内向的人则容易给人留下深沉有余、反应迟钝的印象，在面试时，这类性格的人要力争积极回答，并就某一重大观点展开论述，以弥补自己性格上的不足。
Do you think you work well on a team?
A1:Yes,I think so.Working as part of a team is one of the most important elements in a successful career and life.If you can't work well on a team,you probably can't work and communicate well on a one-on-one basis either. While teamwork is very important,i can work just as hard alone. Though more pressure to produce might exist, it would also prove to be a challenge. Whether i prefer to work as part of a team or alone depends on the best way to complete the job.Either way,I would equally hard with the initiative required for success.

这样的回答显然没有前面那么老练，态度也比较谦逊，虽然没有用具体的事例但是从社会的角度表明自己的观点，语言比较朴实自然。

这个回答的巧妙就在于虽然叙述这个故事只需要一分钟，但是面试官就可以从中发现他所具备的各种能力：领导力，决策力，制定并达成目标的能力，自我激励的能力，解决问题的能力和交流能力。而这些远比你用一个形容词来的生动和有感染力。
你的个人情况面试官可以从你的简历中，各种职业性格测评卷中了解，但是你实际工作中所表现的性格品质，你的情商都是通过与你的交谈沟通中，在回答whys 和hows这些问题中慢慢揣测出来的。因此如果你只是说简单的回答或者仅运用一堆词藻华丽的形容词这些都不能让面试官很好的了解你，也不能判断出你是否适合这项工作。在此我们再次强调，用例子去深深打动你的面试官，即使你的语言表达并不完美。所以最好在应聘前你就能对此多做准备，包括你的缺点你的性格特点，你的一些价值观人生观，你用什么例子去说明，都要一一想好,未雨绸缪，运筹帏幄才能决胜千里。I am a excellent candidate in waiting.
