外企面试系列（三）——教育背景

每个企业和单位都比较看中应聘者的学历，高学历在一定程度上也代表着高能力和高素质。即使你的学历很高，在表达上也应该注意一些技巧。
曾经有个面试官这样问一位面试者：“What does the ‘J.D.,C.P.C’ after your name mean?:”其实‘J.D.,C.P.C’是Juris Doctor and Certified Placement Counselor.”(法学博士，法律顾问资格证)但是这位聪明的面试者是这样回答的：“The ‘J.D.’ stands for ‘Just do it!’, and the ‘C.P.C.’ stands for ‘Courage, Persistence, and Confidence.’”因此学历不是很高的求职者也不是说就一定不行，最主要是看你如何介绍自己的教育背景，学位证书有时并不是很重要，如何把你优势的一面告诉面试官才是最重要的。

一个人学历可以给雇主提供了解应聘者的智力、思考力、判断力和个性的根据。依序面试一般分为初试、复试和综合评定三步。而询问你的教育背景也通常是在初试。而初试的初步目的在于从众多的求职者中筛选出较好的人选。主要考查求职者的仪表风度、工作态度、进取心、责任感和机敏性，将明显不合格的人予以淘汰。而教育背景可以看出一个人的进取心，机敏度，和一些其他素质修养。一纸文凭，证书并不能让你进入心仪的公司，因此千万不要花费心力去伪造你的学历，纸书，最关键的是如何在面试时通过你的言行举止传达一些信息。当谈到你的教育背景千万不能漫无目的的从小学谈到大学，从体育课到计算机课，而要围绕着以下三点来说明：

B: Self- discipline（自我约束）
C. The target job you’re after(你追求的职业目标)
